Next Generation Insights on:

  • Expanded Exports
  • Company GHG Risk Management
  • Federal Procurement Advantage

Next generation resources are needed by both manufacturers and purchasers to replace “green wash” and hollow pledges. Claims of “green” by manufacturers are being challenged increasingly and discerning purchasers are demanding completeness and  transparency in product performance information. To meet consumer expectations, manufacturers must respond to demands for science-based information on how products are developed, certified, used and disposed of or re-purposed. To meet stakeholder concerns, purchasers must measure, verify and report environmental and social impacts of their procurement activities.

Participants in this two-day event will learn from top leaders in Europe and the U.S. about  next generation tools in the emerging Global Product and Service Performance Information System and how diverse stakeholder groups can collaborate to insure they are used to achieve  a positive ROI. Fees include access to a new website 24/7 being designed to support knowledge and use of product LCAs and Environmental Product Declarations. This conference begins with a dialogue among leaders on how to design flows of product information to improve economic, environmental and social justice performance of products and services.
